About the app

1.1 The At Tartil app is the intellectual property of Tiyn-Zaytun LLC; using any information or content contained in it without the author's permission is prohibited.

1.2 The app was prepared on the basis of Conclusion No. 6752 dated 29 August 2022 of the Committee on Religious Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Basic definitions

2.1 Tiyn-Zaytun LLC, hereinafter referred to as the author.

2.2 Users of the program, hereinafter referred to as the user.

2.3 Usage plans, hereinafter referred to as a plan, represent payment for a specific period of use of the program.

2.4 The free period of use may hereinafter also be referred to as the “trial”.

Description of the app

3.1 The At Tartil app is intended for mobile devices (phone, tablet), computers and web browsers. It offers the following features:

3.1.1 Learning Qur'an recitation through simplified tajwid

3.1.2 Tajwid lessons

3.1.3 Recitation of the Qur'an in 30 juz'

3.1.4 Light/Dark modes of the program

3.1.5 Display of “My Bookmarks” and “Current Lesson”.

3.2 At Tartil is a special app for those learning the Qur'an, in which the Noble Qur'an is recited at the “tahqiq” pace (the slowest, most deliberate pace) for teaching purposes. Particular attention has been paid to the articulation points (makharij) and characteristics (sifat) of the letters. It has been reviewed by several qaris of our country who hold an ijaza (a certified chain of transmission), and, as a matter of trust, eminent shaykhs of Egypt also listened to it in full and gave their ijaza (authorisation) for its distribution.

3.3 By the permission of Allah, the khatm (complete recitation) began on Friday, 29 Jumada al-Awwal 1441 AH, and was completed on Friday, 28 Shawwal 1441 AH; with the review by qaris, it was finalised on Monday, 24 Rabi' al-Akhir 1443 AH.

3.4 Through the Tajwid Lessons section, it is possible to watch special tajwid lessons prepared by Jahongir Ne'matov, one of the teacher qaris of our country.

3.5 The app has added the option to watch the recitation of the Noble Qur'an by video, with the verses displayed. This part is being gradually completed over time.

3.6 The app has two modes of operation. Light mode allows the program to be viewed and used in bright colours. In addition, for convenience, the program can also be switched to a darkened mode.

3.7 In the At Tartil app, specific verses of surahs can be bookmarked. These surahs can be found in the “My Bookmarks” section. This makes it easy to go to the marked verse of a saved surah. In addition, in the “Current Lesson” section the program reminds you which surah you read last.

Terms of use

4.1 To use the program, payment must be made for one of the plans. The payment plans and amounts may be changed by the author at any time. In such cases, reduced differences in payments (when prices are reduced) are not refunded to users who paid previously. Likewise, increased differences (when prices are increased) are not charged to users who paid previously.

4.2 Use of the program is free during the first days after registration (currently 7 days), and this may be changed by the author. After that, payment must be made for one of the plans.

4.3 Payments made by the user cannot be refunded. Therefore, you are asked to think carefully before making a payment. Responsibility in this regard rests with the user. If a payment is made, the user is deemed to have agreed to the above terms.

4.4 Those who are unable to pay may contact the author and receive a trial for a certain period. This option is available only to registered users. The author does not undertake an obligation to grant this option to everyone who makes such a request.

4.5 The author has the right to discontinue the operation of the app at any time. In such cases, payments made by users up to that time are not refunded. Users who have made a payment are deemed to have agreed to this from the time of their payment.

Regarding errors

5.1 The author assumes no responsibility for any error, mishap, inconvenience, or physical, economic or moral damage arising in the app or in connection with it.

5.2 For technical errors in the app or requests, you can contact us through the “App errors” section in the program menu.

5.3 A prompt response or action regarding errors or suggestions is not guaranteed. Users who have made a payment are deemed to have agreed to this from the time of their payment.

User Data

6.1 Depending on the registration method, various data of users may be requested and processed in the app.

6.2 First name, last name, patronymic: this data may be used mainly for the purposes of verifying and confirming the user when they submit requests. Entering it fully or partially is at the user's discretion.

6.3 Email: this data is mandatory when the user registers via email and optional when registering via phone. Where it is mandatory, it may be used mainly for the purposes of the user's access to the program, monitoring payments and verifying requests.

6.4 Phone number: this data is mandatory when the user registers via phone number and optional when registering via email. Where it is mandatory, it may be used mainly for the purposes of the user's access to the program, monitoring payments and verifying requests.

6.5 In addition, the collected data may also be used for analytics purposes (studying user behaviour, marketing, improving quality, developing new versions, and others).
